50 MW PV power station of an energy group. Traditional manual inspections suffer from low efficiency and high miss rates, making it difficult to promptly detect hot spots and faulty modules, which impacts power generation efficiency.
Solutions
Autonomous drone patrols equipped with infrared cameras use AI to detect hotspots, micro-cracks, and diode failures, automatically generating inspection reports and maintenance recommendations.

Implementation Results
Daily inspection of 50MW, fault identification accuracy of 98%, annual power generation increase of 3%, payback period under 6 months. Deployed across all solar power plants in the group.
